​How Does Walk & Talk Work?

Pretty simple: Form small groups of 2–4 people, start walking, and chat.Feel free to switch groups along the way.No 30-second elevator pitches required.

2:30 PM: Meet at the steps near The Infinite Fountain(Right inside from the parking lot.)

2:40 PM: Start walking! We’ll do 3 loops around Downtown Park.

3:20 PM: Reconvene near the steps: Exchange contacts, and stretch your legs.

3:30 PM: Wrap up.

​A Few Tips for Good Networking

  • Come with an open mind. You never know who you’ll meet.

  • Be kind, respectful, and inclusive.

  • Give before you ask. The best networks are built on generosity.

  • Practice active listening. We have two ears and one mouth let's use them roughly in that proportion.

  • And most importantly: relax. It’s a walk in the park.
