How the hackathon works
Build and submit
Starting Sunday, September 27, turn an idea into a working project. Build an AI-powered app with OpenAI Models (Use Astra for brownie points) , an agent, a developer tool, or an automation that solves a problem you care about.
The goal is something you can demonstrate, not just describe in a slide deck.
Submit a short problem statement, a working demo or demo video, and a repository or project link by 9th Oct'26. Explain what you built, how it works, and where AI fits into your solution. Focus on a clear use case and show what actually works.
Projects will be reviewed for usefulness, technical execution, originality, and how well the solution works.
Prizes
A prize pool of 10 tickets to the official DevDay Exchange in Bengaluru on October 16, 2026.🥳
Recipients will be announced at the meetup. Being shortlisted to demo does not automatically guarantee a ticket.

Before you join
Bring your laptop to follow along or share your work. Finalists should have a working demo and a backup recording ready.
