Last month I hosted the first-ever in-person Decisive Move Lab in Stockholm.Eight women in my living room, each carrying a decision they'd been circling for months. "Even those of us who are used to supporting and guiding others can sometimes get stuck in our own heads. Sometimes you don't need another course or more information. You need the right conversation." Rofina Paco SöderströmThat evening reminded me of something. When I started my coaching business, I had a dream of bringing like-minded women together. I parked it. For three years. I had not forgotten about it but I chose other priorities and wanted to build the foundation of the business first.Sometimes the best move forward is deciding not to move in a particular direction. NO. Or NOT yet. And now it's finally time. 📣 Welcome to Decisive Move Wednesdays.Once a month I'll host you in my home in central Stockholm. We meet, share, learn and hold each other to the moves we said we'd make. We have enough formal events in offices and co-working spaces. The thing I heard most after the first one was how much a home changed the way people connected. Each time I bring one question worth pausing on, and we leave having decided something we'll actually do before the next session. This is for women who are running something of their own, a practice, a studio, an agency, a consultancy, or standing at the edge of starting one and haven't moved yet. Women who are usually the ones giving the advice, and who have somehow become the bottleneck in their own decisions and actions. First session: Wednesday 14 October, 18:00–20:00.Twenty seats. 150 SEK covers the welcome drink and snacks. There's an application, because I want the right people in the room and the evening to be worth it for everyone link in the comments.Application: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdFCglrYR1_NLJlWpBmkhSdfNjISvzEPxPXb8iTooyxt8e7sw/viewform?usp=publish-editorAfter approval you get payment informationShare with those women whom you think should be invited!
