This isn’t your regular hackathon :)

On Saturday, October 24, 40 hand-picked builders will come together at Crustdata’s office in Bengaluru for ContextCon Build, the Agentic Services Hackathon, to build software that does a whole service job in a single day.

Every builder gets a Crustdata API key with credits, and Crustdata’s engineers are on the floor all day :)

Services, Replaced. Services as software, powered by agent-native data infrastructure.

Services are at a turning point. For twenty years, software helped recruiters, analysts and diligence firms do their jobs. Now it’s starting to do the jobs itself.

Models read a 300-page filing and hold a plan across hundreds of steps. Agents have their own inboxes, phone numbers and payment rails, and who someone is and what a company does sits in one canonical graph an agent can query live. The pieces are in place: what will you build on top of them?

Building a service is different from building a tool. The accepted offer rather than a list of candidates. A memo with a source on every claim rather than a summary. Follow-ups that run for weeks rather than one good answer. A record of every case rather than a chat history.

If you’re an exceptional builder who wants to find out what happens when a whole service runs without a person in the middle, join us at ContextCon Build, hosted by Crustdata.

What You’ll Build

Agents that turn a whole service into software. Think:

  • A recruiter that takes a role and returns an accepted offer

  • A diligence team that turns a data room into the red flags a partner needs before the second meeting

  • An underwriter that checks every submission against the world, then quotes, refers or declines

  • A scout that finds exceptional founders before they raise, and says why each one deserves a meeting

  • A fraud investigator that takes an insider tip and returns a complaint-ready case file

  • Or what these agents run on: memory that lasts for months, a check on every action before it goes out, agents that pay their own way

The shape is yours: a single agent, a system of agents, an MCP server or a CLI. Or bring your own idea.

Agenda

Saturday, October 24

  • 10:00 AM: Doors open and check-in. Coffee, Wi-Fi and your API key. Write the service you came to replace on a sticker for the Services, Replaced wall.

  • 10:15 AM: Team formation. Solo builders pitch an idea in one line, and teams form in fifteen minutes.

  • 10:30 AM: Kickoff, to “Can We Fix It?”. The themes, and what your product will face.

  • 11:00 AM: Building begins!

  • From 12:00 PM: The Bell is live. The first team to take a real request all the way through rings it.

  • 1:00 PM: Lunch.

  • 2:30 PM: Checkpoint. Show a mentor one request going all the way through. Optional, and just for you.

  • 3:30 PM: Tea and tech talks. Crustdata’s engineers on building a canonical identity graph: entity resolution, crawling the live web, search across people and companies, retrieval for agents, data pipelines and infrastructure.

  • 4:15 PM: Dry run. A sample request goes up, so you can practise for the demo.

  • 5:00 PM: Code freeze, to “The Final Countdown”. Submissions due.

  • 5:15 PM: Live demos. Three minutes live, then two minutes of questions.

  • 6:30 PM: People’s Choice. Every builder votes for the demo they’d hire.

  • 6:45 PM: Winners announced, then the group photo in front of the wall!

  • 7:00 PM: Wrap.
