Distribution is the only moat left.

Over one evening at Encode, we are going to dive into the wonderful world of content engineering.

Content engineering is the process of building systems that keeps shipping and distributing content, and gets better at it every cycle

We'll show you how to make AI-generated content people actually engage with, automate the distribution of that content across relevant channels and create AI-native outreach processes to put sales on auto-pilot.

You'll spend half the night building. We'll use a mix of tools and models plus a few workflows we built ourselves, and you'll leave with skills you can use in your business the next morning.

What you'll learn

  • What GTM engineering is and how content engineering is a key part of it.

  • How to create content at scale. We'll make a piece live, using ideas from the room.

  • How to distribute it by setting up automated schedulers that post to the channels your customers actually use

  • Every tool we use day to day. You get the full list.

The night

  • 6:00: Doors, drinks, say hi

  • 6:30: The workshop. One hour of the core material, with questions welcome throughout.

  • 7:30: Practical session. An hour to put your new skills to the test, with TAs on hand to help.

  • 8:30: Drinks and conversation with everyone else in the room

  • 9:00: Home time

Who should come

Founders, business owners, marketers and anyone who has said "I feel like this could be a lot easier" in the last month.

This is the first in a series of workshops from VohoLabs, and you get to choose what comes next. When you sign up, tell us what you want to learn and which boring manual tasks you'd love never to do again. We'll build the next sessions around your answers.

Who's running it

Mehrdad M. Sadeghi is the Founder of VohoLabs and contributes as an AI operations strategist at Livepeer. He previously co-founded an analytics platform that tracked 10 million Instagram accounts a day for 5,000 marketers.

Rich O'Grady leads ecosystem and go-to-market at the Livepeer Foundation, an open video and AI compute network. Before that he helped scale Le Wagon to 30,000 students worldwide.
