Join Capgemini during New York Climate Week for a conversation on turning circularity into a driver of growth and profitability.
AI is accelerating the shift from cost center to profit center by unlocking the business value of circularity. With greater visibility, optimization, and predictive insights, organizations can reduce waste while creating new revenue streams—from resale and reuse to product-as-a-service models.
This session explores how leaders are embedding circularity into core strategy, using AI to drive both financial performance and competitive advantage.

A lifelong customer of repair and secondhand, Emily spent decades frustrated that repair had never gotten easier while the rest of circular commerce did: hard to find, handwritten paper tickets, no idea when your things were coming back. After a career scaling technology inside legacy industries, most recently as COO of Sling, through its acquisition by Toast, she started her own mail-in repair business to understand the problem firsthand. Two years of running it, plus conversations with hundreds of repair shops and brands, made the gap clear. Repair isn't missing demand. It is missing infrastructure. She founded Coblr to build it, with one goal: make repair as easy as buying new.Sandra Leyva - Head of Sustainability, CHEP AmericasSandra Leyva is Head of Sustainability for CHEP Americas, leading strategy across one of the largest circular business models globally, for a network of 348M reusable assets.
