A morning for women who are building big things and want to have a little more fun while they do it!
For years, I've been asking myself:
Am I too young to enter my caftan era?
I've finally decided the answer is NO because the caftan era has nothing to do with age. It's a lifestyle and I think the caftan is the perfect uniform for it.
Because a caftan is inherently unbothered.
It flows.It moves.It takes up space.It doesn't require you to suck in your stomach.It doesn't ask permission.It doesn't need to be practical.
It can be wildly colorful or completely understated.
And there's something almost hilarious about putting on a caftan while being inherently unbothered and saying:
“Actually, this is how I'm doing life now.” 😂
That's the energy I want to bring to this morning and I'd love for you to come!
I'm inviting 20–30 women entrepreneurs to join me on the beautiful back patio at Communal Coffee in Oceanside for coffee, conversation, connection, and a little bit of whimsy.
We're building businesses, yes.
But we're also building our lives.
And I think both should be fun!
So we're going to skip the elevator pitches and the usual networking small talk.
Instead, I've put together a few thoughtfully curated conversation prompts to help you move beyond “What do you do?” and actually connect with the women around you.
We'll talk about identity, possibility, abundance, calling, joy, and the things we're being invited to trust in this next chapter.
This is a morning to step outside your usual business routine, meet some extraordinary women, have a really good conversation, laugh a little, and maybe look at your own life and business with a fresh perspective.
Come with your big ideas, your stories, your curiosity, and whatever you're figuring out in this season of life.

I'm Tricia Lanette! I spend my days helping women close the gap between who they are in the room and how they show up online...and a big part of my work is about identity, visibility, and having the courage to be fully yourself.
Lately, I've been thinking about what happens when we bring that same energy into our lives.
For me, that means following what lights me up, making room for joy, trusting where God is leading, and being a little less concerned with what everyone else thinks.
