Looking for your next role in AI? Join us for a low pressure hiring event where early stage startups are actively hiring engineers. And yes, people from our past Build Days have landed roles.
This is your chance to meet technical founders building real AI products, learn what they are working on, and explore opportunities where you can make an immediate impact.
How it works
Before the event
Do your homework. We will share the participating companies and open roles in advance so you can learn about each team, understand what they are building, and come prepared with the questions you want answered.
You will only have about 8 minutes with each founder, shared with the other people at your table, so preparation will help you make the most of that time.
During the event
-
Each founder will start with a quick introduction and refresher on what their company is building and who they are looking to hire.
-
Attendees will sit in small groups of about 5 to 7 people per table.
-
A founder will join your table for an 8 minute conversation. Use that time to ask questions, learn about the team and role, and see whether there is mutual interest.
-
When the bell rings, founders will rotate to the next table.
-
We will continue for about 6 to 7 rotations so you have the opportunity to meet multiple companies throughout the event.
After the event
If there is a potential fit, founders will follow up directly with attendees to continue the conversation.
Who should attend
Frontend, backend, and full stack engineers, from entry level through senior, who are interested in joining an early stage startup and building real world AI products.
Come prepared
This event works best when everyone does their due diligence beforehand. Take a look at the companies, their products, and the roles they are hiring for before you arrive so your conversations can go beyond the basics.
