The Summit brings together around 500 participants, 40 international speakers across three stages, and 40-50 Israeli Blue Tech startups presenting throughout the day. The 2026 program covers four themes: AI & the Future of Blue Infrastructure, Rewriting Global Supply Chains, Mapping the World's Last Data Frontier, and Blue Biotech: Where Nature Meets Deep Tech.
Built for founders, investors, industry leaders, government officials and international delegations, the Summit is a working day: technologies to evaluate, founders to meet, and concrete openings for cooperation, investment and trade. Organized by the Israeli National Center of Blue Economy & Innovation, under HiCenter, in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture.
