Two days on a real biotech and health innovation challenge, in mixed teams alongside researchers, company people and mentors, ending in a pitch to an expert jury. You do not need a company or a finished idea to join, which makes it a decent way to test a hypothesis and find technical co-founders in one go. The strongest teams get a place in the BIO-RED accelerator, an eight-month programme worth over 9,000 euros with mentoring and access across seven European regions.
