On Monday, Claude Conversation puts ten tables of five in a room: philosophers, teachers, journalists, founders, people from institutions. No demos, no tools, no pitches. One afternoon spent on what this shift actually breaks, and what it could repair. Every table leaves with one problem written down.
On Thursday, we build answers to them.
The Claude Impact Lab closes the Claude Community House week, on the day of La Mercè. The problems go up on the wall in the morning, teams form in front of them, and you have until the end of the afternoon.
You leave with one of three things: something that runs, something worth publishing, or a commitment with a name and a date on it. The third one matters as much as the first. Six hours do not fix an ethical problem, but they are enough to decide who does what about it.
You do not need to have been at Claude Conversation, the problems will be on the wall when you arrive. You do not need to be a developer either. Half of what these problems need is not code.
