Anthropic just shipped a new Claude model, and this is the room where Bangalore finds out what it can do first. Build Day is a hands-on build session for developers and builders. We watch what's new, run a couple of live demos, and then you spend the core of the event building something of your own on the new model, solo or in a small team.

Build Day runs alongside a new track: Creature Commons, a 2-day AI x hardware exploration into species-machine interaction (SMI), with dogs and other pets as the users. Day 1 (today) is shared between both. Day 2 moves to a cafe on 27 Sep, where pets join in to test what's been built, followed by pitches.

Pick your track for the day

If you're here for Fable Build Day, choose one of three tracks and push the model:

  • Delight: build something surprising, beautiful, or fun that you couldn't have made this good, this fast, before.

  • Breakthrough: bring a problem the last model couldn't handle, and see how far this one gets.

  • Everyday: build something that solves a real problem in your life.

If you're here for Creature Commons, day 1 covers SMI fundamentals through mentor sessions on hardware and product, setting you up for day 2's testing and pitches.

We wrap up with two-minute demos where everyone shows what they made, optional judging, and a group photo. Every attendee gets $100 in Anthropic API credit to build with, and the best builds get submitted to Anthropic to potentially be featured globally.

Who should come: developers, builders, hardware hackers, and anyone curious about pushing the newest Claude to its limits, on screen or off.Bring: laptop, charger, and a console.anthropic.com account (we'll help you set up credits on the day).Bring: laptop, charger, and a console.anthropic.com account (we'll help you set up credits on the day).
