A 5K for people building companies, run at a conversational pace of roughly 6:30 to 7:00 min/km with the group staying together so that nobody is left behind.
Hosted by Needle and Outcurve, with Maurice Ducker, Jan Heimes, Onur Eken and Stoddy Carey, who leads the run. Carey has been running since moving to Berlin four years ago and has finished ultramarathons on road and trail. Arrive at Industrious BEAM from 17:30 to change and drop bags, warm-up and introductions at 17:45, the run itself starts at 18:00, and the group is back around 18:45.
It is aimed at founders and at go-to-market and operations people. Places are limited and the hosts approve each request to join individually.
Why go: an hour of side-by-side conversation with Berlin operators, which is a different kind of talk from standing in a room holding a drink. Best if you already run and would rather not spend another evening at a panel.
