A three day research sprint on AI agent collusion in financial systems, run across two in person hubs plus Discord: Collider in New York and Le Bureau in Central Hong Kong. Teams of 1 to 5 design and ship experiments on when agent coordination emerges in markets, how an auditor can detect it, and what a defender can do. Prize pool is USD 2,000 cash plus Modal compute credit for in person teams, and the top Hong Kong team gets a guaranteed Apart Fellowship offer. The HK room skews technical: AI engineers, quants and ML researchers from the local AI safety and agents community rather than hobbyist hackathon regulars.
