Topic: Vibecoding - What your agent is actually doing

You type something in. Code comes out. It mostly works. But at some point it doesn't, and you have no idea why, or how to fix it, because you never really knew what was happening in the first place.

This session is about closing that gap. Not by turning you into a developer, but by giving you a mental model of what AI coding agents actually do when you give them a task. Where they get stuck. Why they sometimes go in completely the wrong direction. And how a little bit of understanding makes you dramatically faster.

Our first speaker in the AI X series is Sondov Engen, co-founder and CEO of novem, a developer tool for building and sharing data visualisations through code and APIs, built to work seamlessly with modern coding tools. Sondov works at the intersection of code and tooling every day, and has a rare ability to explain complex mechanics in a way that actually sticks.

No slides full of frameworks. No hype. Just an honest look at how these tools work, and what you can do differently from day one.
