One build day, seven hours, one rule: ship an agent that works inside a tool people already use, then submit a repo and a two-minute video. AI Tinkerers cities worldwide run it on the same Saturday with OpenAI, OpenRouter and CopilotKit behind it, and the Nairobi chapter is one of the sharper ones: past editions had founders demoing on-device medical LLMs and legal-ops tooling for Kenyan courts, not slideware.
