One day, 70 screened builders, and a brief that skips the chatbot demo entirely: design the harness around a multi-agent workflow for a real problem in hiring, research, GTM or operations: scoped roles, guard agents, feedback loops, graceful failure. Teams of up to three, demoed live with no slides, judged by Michelin's GM of Innovation and its Chief Digital Experience Officer on whether the thing survives edge cases rather than whether the happy path looks good. The AI Tinkerers Pune room skews founding engineers and stealth-startup builders: ScrapeGraphAI, OneCard, Intangles, PubMatic. That is a better filter than most invite lists. Registrations are screened for people actively shipping with agents, and the venue goes out only to accepted attendees.
