Three days at Friends House on the open problems in AI, cleanly split by day: research and infrastructure on Wednesday, safety and enterprise on Thursday, entrepreneurship and applications on Friday. The crowd is unusual for a London conference: researchers from DeepMind, Microsoft, NVIDIA and Imperial sitting next to pre-seed to Series A AI founders and the policymakers who regulate them. Day three closes with a 5,000 pound startup competition final (apply by 30 October), which is the actual reason founders show up. Student passes are 15 pounds a day, general 30 pounds, so it stays accessible if you are early.
