A New Way to Work: Build, automate, and create with AI

Led by Jason Baer, Principal AI PM at Adobe, this hands-on course explores how to use AI to transform the way you work, with Claude serving as the primary tool.

Moving beyond prompting, participants will learn to complete work more effectively, build reusable workflows, create apps and visualizations, and automate repetitive work. The course focuses on practical approaches you can immediately apply to your day-to-day work—no coding or technical background required.

This class is a combination of learning, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and breakout sessions.

Who Is This Course For?

This course is designed for professionals who have some familiarity with AI tools and are ready to integrate AI more meaningfully into their work.

  • Business professionals, product managers, program managers, operations teams, consultants, and other knowledge workers

  • Coders are welcome, but the course will not cover Claude Code or developer-specific use cases

  • Anyone interested in moving beyond basic AI prompting

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Work More Effectively with AI — apply Claude to everyday work to improve speed, quality, and productivity

Identify at least one repetitive administrative task you would like to automate with AI. Come prepared to use this as a starting point during the hands-on exercises.
