AI BuildHERS: An All-Women Builders Meetup at Workato
AI BuildHERS is a meetup for women in tech, by women in tech — a space to share what we're building, learn from each other, and geek out over technical work without having to justify our seat at the table.
Hosted at the Workato AI Hub, each session features engineers, builders, and technologists presenting on topics they're genuinely excited about — from scrappy side projects to production-grade systems. No topic is too niche, no project too weird. If you built it and you're proud of it (or still debugging it), there's a place for it here.
Whether you're a seasoned engineer, just starting out, or simply curious about what women in tech are building, BuildHERS is designed to be a welcoming, low-pressure space to connect, ask questions, and be inspired. Bring your curiosity, your questions, and your favorite "I can't believe I built that" story — we want to hear it.

Harness engineer, building agents, prompting, eval'ing, loop engineering... we've all heard the words. This talk gives a grounded introduction to these concepts, shares best practices and pitfalls, and walks through some fun and unusual applications of agents and harnesses. They can be used for so much more than anyone is talking about!

Chloe Condon, Senior Developer Advocate at Workato
Chloe Condon is a Bay Area–based Senior Developer Advocate at Workato, where she helps developers build with AI, automation, and agents. Previously, she was a Developer Advocate for Google Cloud, where she created video content for the Google Cloud Tech YouTube channel (1M+ subscribers) and co-hosted the developer keynote at Google Cloud Next. Before that, she worked at Microsoft (yes, with Clippy) and Sentry.io, where she created the award-winning Sentry Scouts program—a camp-themed meetup complete with merit badges, s'mores, giant squirrel costumes, and hot chocolate. Her projects have ranged from fake boyfriend alerts to Mario Kart "astrology," earning coverage from VICE, The New York Times, and even Smash Mouth's Twitter account, and she was featured by AnitaB.org in the Grace Hopper Celebration 2018 gallery honoring 15 influential women in STEM. Chloe holds a BA in Drama from San Francisco State University and is a graduate of Hackbright Academy. A proud non-traditional engineer, she's likely one of the only people in tech who has professionally played an ogre, a crayon, and the back end of a cow on stage. She hopes to bring more artists into tech—and more engineers into the arts.
Leila Rishniw, Associate Strategic Events Manager at Workato
Leila Rishniw is the Associate Strategic Events Manager at Workato, with a background in fashion and technology. Spending her time outside of Workato as a stylist, Leila has worked on Paris Fashion Week and spent years in the retail industry at establishments such as Aritzia. While events-focused, Leila loves taking on technical projects to automate workflows for the team. Her current passion project is building a personal stylist (as seen famously on TV) with Workato.
Nikita Sirohi, Incubating Founder
Nikita Sirohi has led teams in AI and deep tech for the past 10 years, across distributed systems, localization and mapping, agent harnesses, evals, and many other areas. At Augment Code, she owned and launched the entire PLG motion, stood up the Growth, Billing, and Fraud teams from scratch, and built a $40 million+ pipeline of revenue in 6 months. She graduated from Caltech with a degree in computer science and was the sole 2017 recipient of the prestigious Mabel Beckman Prize. She believes in a future where everyone is empowered to use safe, accessible AI, and she is founding in AI to contribute to that future.
