The virtual cell - what's the path?

Whole-cell modeling represents the ultimate goal in computational biology, yet we're far from achieving it. Join us for an intimate gathering of technical experts and a panel of leaders building critical components of the stack - from single-cell foundation models and perturb-seq at scale to spatial technologies, self-driving labs, and multi-modal fusion—to debate which pieces truly matter and pinpoint the real bottlenecks. Expect productive tension as diverse theories collide in pursuit of a unified path forward.

This event is for computational biologists, ML engineers, and researchers tackling whole-cell modeling challenges.

Panelists will share their perspectives followed by open debate and audience Q&A.

Hosted by Pebblebed at 1417 15th St, San Francisco, CA 94103.
