One rule changes everything:
You can only build while you're running.
Teams of 3–4. Eight hours. Ship a real product.
But only the teammate who is out on the go is allowed to touch it. This is hands-free, from a phone, voice in, agents doing the work, output live on the screens at home base.
The moment nobody on your team is running, your agents get paused. No prompts, no runs, no deploys, until the next runner is moving. Everyone else can plan, watch the screens, and wait for the handoff.
Why?
Endurance, startups, hackathons, same feeling, different drug. Usually kept in separate rooms. Now all in one park.
You have to be wired a certain way to say yes to something like this. Everyone else opts out.
Which means what's standing next to you is a hundred people who each decided, that this sounds like a good Saturday.
And that's what we want.
The day

Show up with trainers and a laptop. Nothing has to be prepared in advance.

Teams of 3-4. Bring your own or form one on the day. We make sure every team ends up with builders and runners in it.

One hour to set up. Accounts, credits, agents wired to every phone. Then laptops stay at home base, mirrored to the screens.

The race. Eight hours. Teams rotate through the handoff zone in front of the crowd, the commentators and the cameras.

Demos and ceremony. Live demos at home base, judged in front of the whole room, prizes handed out on the spot.
Location
In a park you know and is good to be running in. We are reaching out to cafe's in those parks to be hosting it together with.
What to bring
Running gear you can go all day in. Your own laptop. A phone. That's it.
