Startup Accountability Sprint
A structured 4-week sprint for people serious about making meaningful progress on a startup idea, side project, or early-stage business. You’ll join a small accountability group of 4 people and work together over 4 weeks through weekly in-person sessions, clear commitments, honest feedback, and consistent action.
The goal is simple: make real progress, not just talk about ideas.
What To Expect
Over 4 weeks, you will:
- Define a clear measurable goal
- Break it into weekly commitments
- Schedule dedicated work time
- Be held accountable by your group
- Share progress and blockers each week
- Build momentum through consistent action
Groups remain fixed throughout the sprint to build trust, accountability, and stronger working relationships. Between sessions, groups stay connected through WhatsApp for check-ins, progress updates, and support.

Week 1 Agenda
6:30pm — Arrival & Open Conversation Meet other members before groups begin. 7:00pm — Introduction Overview of the sprint structure, expectations, and accountability system. 7:15pm — Group Formation & Roles Groups are formed and weekly roles assigned. 7:20pm — Introductions Share what you’re working toward, why it matters, and what’s been blocking progress. 7:40pm — Define Your 4-Week Goal Set a specific measurable goal for the sprint. 8:00pm — Define Week 1 Commitments Break your larger goal into realistic weekly actions. 8:15pm — Schedule Dedicated Work Time Block focused work sessions into your calendar. 8:25pm — Plan Your Work Sessions Decide exactly what you’ll work on and identify likely obstacles in advance. 8:35pm — WhatsApp Accountability Setup Groups create their accountability chat and post commitments. 8:40pm — Final Public Commitments Each member shares what they will complete before next week.

Cost
£20 for the full 4-week sprint. We charge a small fee as a sign of commitment to the group and the people you’ll be alongside throughout the sprint. Small accountability groups only work when people consistently show up, participate, and support each other’s progress.

Spaces are limited to keep groups small, focused, and high-trust. If you join, come prepared to:
