We're three people who believe the same thing: our community wins when we open doors for each other.

Connecting people, building rooms, bringing Latinos in tech together — it's what pulled the three of us into this work, and it's why we keep showing up for it.

And this is the story of how we got here 👇

La Plaza found immediate success, with nearly 100 latinos braving the storm. One pattern stood out, one common request. Know who's hiring?

So we listened & decided to bring to life El Mercado, with that as the single North Star. So we brought in recruiters in small groups.

Then after Las Chingonas, everyone was asking: Where do we meet investors.

We decided let’s solves that problem too, for the Latinos who are over corporate & are sitting on an idea that’s the next uber.

  • Getting in front of investors- Raising venture capital is about one thing: access. The likelihood of you closing capital from a cold dm vs a warm intro makes all of the difference.
