Agenda

• 10:30 to 11:00 AM: Arrival + Team Forming. Grab refreshments, meet fellow builders, and form squads of 3-5.
• 11:00 to 11:30 AM: The Spark. Welcome from ProductTank SF, Tavus platform intro, and a live API demo.
• 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM: The Build. Start building interactive agents with Tavus and Lovable. Agents must respond in real time, not loop one-way.
• 12:30 to 1:00 PM: Fuel Up. Provided lunch.
• 1:00 to 3:45 PM: The Build Continues. Push to a working prototype.
• 3:45 to 4:30 PM: Show and Tell + Prizes. 2-minute demos of your browser-based prototypes, wrap-up, and winner announcement.

The Retail Concierge (Shopping Assistant): Post-purchase shipping is inflexible. Build a video avatar on the order confirmation page that lets customers reroute shipments, pause delivery, or choose pickup points, while Lovable renders the live UI.

The Talent Concierge (Onboarding Guide): New hires drown in PDF links. Build a personalized HR avatar that walks employees through benefit elections and hardware setup, explaining the "why" while the Lovable interface captures the data.

The Virtual PM (Status Responder): Status reports go one way. Build a Virtual PM avatar that fields questions about project artifacts. Users ask "Why is the API delayed?" and get a context-aware answer from repository data.
