Our Investors
Evan Buhler is an investor at Talok Capital, where he invests in early-stage technology companies at the intersection of creativity, consciousness and culture. Before starting Talok, Evan was a venture/startup attorney at Fenwick & West LLP, a federal clerk in the Northern District of California and a corporate attorney at Sidley Austin LLP. He has co-founded several tech companies in his life, including a decentralized, AI-powered law firm / managed back-office services firm. He likes to work on product, marketing and people management.
Jing Kuang is the Founding Partner of Y Plus Ventures, investing in early-stage AI startups in Silicon Valley. She helps founders turn technical innovation into scalable businesses. Previously, she served as President & CEO of Yongjia Capital, overseeing more than $50B in global transactions. Jing is also active in venture education through Stanford’s RootedIn VC Fellowship, Stanford d.school Executive Education, and Peking University. She holds an MBA from Stanford GSB and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Peking University.
