24-hour AI hackathon on the Lake Union waterfront, the pre-game to CascadiaJS — solo or teams of 1-4, build with AI/agents/MCP, the winning team demos on the main CascadiaJS stage the following Monday. Meals included, technical mentors from AI/dev-tool sponsors on site, ~100 builders, application-only so the room is curated. This is the small, builder-grade, ship-something hack that justifies a weekend, not a corporate "innovation challenge."
