Tanya Sivo - HubSpot - TBA
She is a Staff Product Designer at HubSpot, reimagining Marketing Hub for a world where making marketing is nearly free and the work that's left is judgment. Before HubSpot she spent five years at Intercom building the AI insights and agent learning loops behind Fin. She designs by building, shipping strategy as working prototypes in Claude Code, and is bringing that practice to her design team.
Rozina Szogyenyi - Deel - TBA
She is a Staff Product Designer at Deel, focused on data and analytics products. Previously she spent several years at Shopify designing complex data platforms and merchant-facing tools. With 15+ years of experience across banking and tech (like Booking.com), she thinks deeply about how design systems scale. In her spare time she builds her own React component library (Lucent UI) and is currently working through a full design system redesign, because for her, design doesn't stop at 5pm.
