Hey, Future Female Builders! ✨ Welcome to Femcode Collective × Tokyo Design — two communities joining forces to empower women and non-binary creators to build with AI. Femcode Collective is a global community for women ready to launch their own AI-coded products. Tokyo Design is one of the most active AI-driven product design communities in Japan, where design meets technology, business, and the tools shaping what comes next.

Together, we're bringing the spirit of the Slush Helsinki women's hackathon to Tokyo — and we want YOU to be part of it.

Imagine this: you have a small business idea, a side project, or a dream product sitting in the back of your mind. What we'll do together:

  • Welcome words from the Embassy of Finland in Tokyo

  • Female builders share how they launched products and businesses from scratch using AI with zero technical background — their journeys, mindsets, and living philosophies, shared in the most hands-on way

  • You build! Hands-on session using Lovable, Cursor, and other AI tools

  • Showcase what you created to the room

  • Judges pick the winners and prizes are awarded

  • Celebrate, connect, and leave inspired

在日フィンランド大使館 次席公使

ヘンナ・クヌーティラ氏は、国際関係、欧州問題、異文化外交の分野で20年以上のキャリアを持つフィンランドの外交官です。現在、在日フィンランド大使館の次席公使として、北欧と東アジアをつなぐ重要な架け橋の役割を担っています。これまでブリュッセルの欧州評議会および欧州委員会での要職、ブラチスラバでの外交官としての勤務など、幅広い経験を積んでこられました。

ユヴァスキュラ大学で文化人類学および社会科学を学んだ学術的バックグラウンドを持ち、エスノグラフィー（民族誌学）的な視点を外交の現場に持ち込んでいる点も特徴です。二国間貿易、地域安全保障、そして「フィンランド・ブランド」のあり方に関する有識者として、文化的理解が現代のグローバルパートナーシップをいかに形づくるかについて、各地で講演を行っています。

Emma Huang（エマ・ホアン）

エマ・ホアン氏は、アートとデータの交差点でプロダクトを生み出すプロダクトパーソンです。アドテック業界で5年間のキャリアを積み、コンサルティングからプロダクトの世界へと軸を移したのち、現在はByteDanceでグローバル向けのAI機能・エージェントのローンチに携わっています。一方、夜の顔としては、知られざるアートの逸品を発掘するプラットフォーム Artomo の創業者として、アート領域におけるAIの役割を探求しています。東京を拠点に、現在は人々が自身の「テイストグラフ（嗜好の地図）」をアート世界の中で築いていくための仕組みづくりに取り組んでいます。
